SHHH!

Don't tell anyone, but the October issue of eFiction Magazine is live at http://www.efictionmag.com/.  Marcin Wrona, whom you may have read about here, heads up the short stories with #Baphomet, and there is lots more.  Check it out.

  3. I just checked out eFiction. Sounds interesting and the fact that it is an indie fiction magazine means there a lot of new writers to discover. Thank you for sharing, and for taking part in Red's Trick or Treat bash.

  4. I'm fresh into e-publishing with my novel, Mama Lacee. I've posted it on Amazon but having little if any luck getting the word out so far. Mama Lacee has strong self-reliant Black females as the main characters, which you don't see much of in the mainstream press. It's sad to think that the only way to get considered as a writer is to relegate the Black women to secondary status. I tell anyone that talks to me about how much they enjoyed THE HELP, that I've got a story where they don't need a leg up. Mama Lacee's in her 80's, but you really don't want to get on her bad side.

  6. It would be interesting to know the percentage of black male e-writers. As a black male in my 50's I feel like a truly rare bird.
